Wardell Richardson was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia. Raised by his mom and grandmother, he always had ambitions and dreams to be in the entertainment industry. After graduating from Osborne High School in Marietta, he got deep into the modeling world, gracing several runway stages around Atlanta.

After a few years in to the modeling industry, someone introduced him to acting. So, he took a chance, googled auditions and saw that there was a local audition for a stageplay called “Will A Real Man Please Stand?. After he was cast for a supporting role in the play, a month before the show, Wardell was given the lead role in the play due to a mishap of the lead actor. This was the break that took Wardell to another level in his career. He quickly started taking classes and continued to get lead roles in the theatre circuit thoughout the Atlanta area.

Three years after doing theatre, Wardell got his first audition for film and landed it! The TV series “Money, Power, Respect” was the start of his passion for film. He quickly jumped into film leaving theatre behind due to his passion of being in front of the camera. Wardell would set yearly goals for himself , and within 2 years, he earned the lead role in the feature film “The Fate of Love”. Now, as a 13 year veteran in the industry, Mr. Richardson has starred in over 10 films and has over 30 supporting actor roles to his credit.

While still making his way into the acting world, working in front of the camera, Wardell realized that he had a passion for Producing as well as acting. He, in conjuction with Tavares Wilson of 480 Films, got together to Produce the short film “Greed”. In joining forces with Tavares, Wardell Richardson is now the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of 480 Films Worldwide, Inc., where he wears many hats as an Actor, Producer, Director and Casting Director.

With his star on the rise, Mr. Wardell Richardson is definitely one to watch.
